IQF Ginger Minced 5x5mm is produced from freshly harvested ginger rhizomes which have been inspected, washed, cut, frozen, inspected and packed. The product is passed over rare earth magnets and through metal detector to remove foreign material and metallic contamination. The production, packaging, storage and transportation follows Good Manufacturing Practices promulgated under the current Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Product passes USFDA and US Customs.
